According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the match concluded with the home side taking all three points, further widening the gap between them and their title rivals. Currently, Sabah holds a significant lead over its closest follower, Garabagh, which sits in second place with 59 points. In contrast, the Yevlax-based club remains at the bottom of the 12-team table, occupying the 12th position with only 14 points.
The 29th round of the national championship featured several other notable matchups across Azerbaijan. Turan Tovuz played out a 1-1 draw against Zira at the Tovuz City Stadium.
