Russian forces struck railway infrastructure used to transport military cargo in western regions of Ukraine.
"Operative Information Center-OMM" reports that the Russian Defense Ministry said this.
The ministry said the strikes were carried out overnight. The Russian side claimed that the attacks targeted railway infrastructure used to transport military supplies from Europe.
Railways remain a key part of Ukraine’s wartime logistics network, connecting western border crossings with military and industrial centers farther east. Both sides have repeatedly reported attacks on transport infrastructure during the conflict.
