Azerbaijan considers ensuring international peace and security, strengthening mutual trust among states and expanding cooperation among its key priorities.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that President Ilham Aliyev made the remarks in his address to participants of the fourth Baku Security Forum.
“Our country attaches great importance to promoting dialogue on security issues and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation on various international and regional platforms. The Baku Security Forum also serves these goals, creating conditions for identifying specific areas of cooperation and further strengthening mutual trust,” President Ilham Aliyev said.
The Baku Security Forum brings together officials, experts and representatives of international organizations to discuss regional and global security challenges. Such platforms are intended to support dialogue, confidence-building and practical cooperation among participating states.
