According to the decree, the following exemptions will apply for a period of one year, effective from September 1, 2025:

  • Income tax exemptions for non-resident individuals providing goods, works, and services within the framework of WUF13.
  • Profit tax exemptions on royalty income paid to non-resident legal entities for the use of, or the right to use, copyrights on intangible assets.
  • Profit tax exemptions on income generated by non-resident legal entities from the performance of works and provision of services.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT) exemptions for the provision of works and services by non-resident persons, as well as the import of goods based on relevant supporting documents.
