The same property, car or product can appear online at different prices. Which listing is the original, and what is its real market value?
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that PRAYK continuously analyzes publicly available online data, comparing listings for the same offer across different websites and identifying the original source and the most affordable price. It also analyzes thousands of similar offers to help determine real market prices for property, cars and other products.
When users add their property to PRAYK, the system automatically compares available market data and provides an estimated real value. In other words, users can set their own asking price while also receiving an automated estimate based on market data. The calculation takes into account the property’s location, nearby metro stations and other important facilities, transport options, traffic congestion at different times, prices of similar properties on the market and other indicators.
This allows users to see not only the price in a listing but also an estimate of the property’s value under actual market conditions. They can also check in advance what times of day traffic congestion occurs in an area of interest, helping them account for future travel time and transport costs.
The goal is simple: to show buyers not just the listed price but the market’s real picture, and to reduce the impact of artificial price increases.
PRAYK is already operating and is becoming more accurate and intelligent each day as it gathers new data.
