“Armenia and Türkiye are decisively advancing the process of normalizing bilateral relations.”
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the remarks while addressing the 81st session of the UN General Assembly.
He said that high-level dialogue with Türkiye was continuing.
“From this rostrum, I would like to confirm the remarks made by President Erdogan several days ago. We are decisively advancing the process of normalizing Armenia-Türkiye relations,” Pashinyan said.
Armenia and Türkiye have maintained diplomatic efforts aimed at normalizing relations and reopening their land border. The process has been conducted through special representatives and high-level contacts, although its implementation has remained subject to further agreements.
