The building now features service offices equipped with necessary technical equipment, a citizen reception department, and assembly and meeting halls. Furthermore, the facility has been modernized to meet the latest requirements for energy efficiency and security.

The building has fully integrated the "Electronic Prosecution" information system. This system enables digital document circulation, further enhancing the flexibility and transparency of operations.

Following a tour of the facility, a meeting was held in the assembly hall.

In his opening remarks, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev stated that the commissioning of the new Baku Military Prosecutor's Office building holds special significance as it coincides with the anniversary of the establishment of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. The Prosecutor General emphasized that forming a modern and agile prosecution system is a key priority of Azerbaijan's policy of building a state based on the rule of law. He noted that the reforms in this direction, based on the statehood strategy defined by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, are being successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev. It was stated that the new building will make a significant contribution to increasing the agility of work processes, addressing citizen appeals more promptly, and improving service quality.

Kamran Aliyev also noted that the declaration of 2026 as the "Year of Urban Planning and Architecture" by President Ilham Aliyev provides a special impetus for the formation of modern and sustainable infrastructure in the country. He emphasized that the Baku Military Prosecutor's Office building serves as an example of a work environment designed according to modern management requirements. The Prosecutor General urged staff to make effective use of the new conditions, continuously improve their professional training, and remain committed to the principles of legality, objectivity, and statehood in their activities.
