Moskva Vaşinqtonla dialoqa hazırdır: “Prinsipial mövqeyimiz dəyişmir”

Russia remains interested in establishing a dialogue with the United States and is prepared to continue contacts in this direction. However, Moscow has no intention of retreating from its fundamental positions, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

As reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, Ryabkov made these remarks in an interview with the News.ru portal. The Russian diplomat was responding to recent comments by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio regarding the necessity of presenting new ideas for resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

According to Ryabkov, if Washington's proposed efforts involve listening to new proposals, Moscow is prepared to engage. The Russian official noted that systemic contacts between the Russian and US administrations, as well as between their respective intelligence services, continue to take place.

Ryabkov emphasized that being open to dialogue with Washington does not signify a departure from Russia's strategic course. He further added that the time factor is working against Kyiv and the countries of the European Union, suggesting that all parties will eventually have to reckon with the existing realities on the ground.

The relationship between Moscow and Washington remains complex, particularly in the context of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The US administration, led by US President Donald Trump, continues to navigate diplomatic channels while maintaining strategic pressure, highlighting the delicate balance of international relations in the current geopolitical climate.
