Mursel Ibrahimov, chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, and the service’s personnel visited the Victory Arch memorial in Baku to mark Victory Day on November 8.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the visitors paid tribute to those who died for Azerbaijan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and laid bouquets of flowers in front of the memorial.
Victory Day has been observed in Azerbaijan every November 8 since 2020, under a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on December 3, 2020.
