Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that his country has achieved significant successes on both military and diplomatic fronts. The minister made these remarks during an event held at the Ministry of Health, as reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM.
According to Araghchi, the resistance demonstrated by Iran during the conflict initiated by US and Israeli actions has proven that the country possesses "invincible strength." He emphasized that the international community has taken note of Iran's stance, with officials from several nations describing the country's resilience as a "miracle."
Araghchi noted that few expected Iran to mount such resistance against the United States, ultimately compelling the opposing side to return to the negotiating table. The minister also referenced the US stance toward Iran during the presidency of US President Donald Trump. He claimed that Washington initially demanded "unconditional surrender" from Tehran but subsequently sought negotiations within 20 days.
In the minister's view, the Iranian people have demonstrated to the world their capability to defend their rights through diplomatic channels. This rhetoric reflects Tehran's ongoing efforts to frame its geopolitical maneuvers as strategic victories amidst heightened regional tensions and complex relations with Western powers.
