Iranian defense officials have formally declared that the country's missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) programs are not subject to negotiation. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Brigadier General Majid Ibn ar-Rza announced this stance via a statement on the X social media platform.

The declaration followed a meeting with members of parliament, during which participants discussed recent military actions taken by the United States and Israel against Iran, as well as the potential implications of these developments. During the discussions, Brigadier General Majid Ibn ar-Rza emphasized that Iran's defense, missile, and UAV capabilities constitute an integral component of the nation's security architecture. He stated unequivocally that these strategic assets are not, and will not be, a subject of discussion or compromise, either now or in the future.

Furthermore, the general underscored the necessity of continuing to bolster the country's defensive capabilities. He noted that Iran's advancements in missile and drone technology are driven by domestic resources and local technological expertise, rendering the program independent of external factors. Iran has consistently maintained that its military modernization is strictly defensive in nature, aimed at deterring regional threats and ensuring sovereignty amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
