Hasan Nazarli could join Shamakhi

Azerbaijan U-20 national team player Hasan Nazarli could end his career abroad in Turkey and return home.

According to Azerisport, the 19-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for Keciorengucu, does not want to play in Turkey’s lower division. He is reportedly likely to join Shamakhi.

The player, who came through Ankaragucu’s youth system, is said to be planning a return to Azerbaijan.

Reports in August said Nazarli was close to joining Shafa. At the time, several Misli Premier League clubs were also reportedly interested in him.

The young midfielder was called up to Azerbaijan’s U-20 national team in September.
