Gas supply will be temporarily suspended in certain areas of the capital.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this information was officially released by the Azerigaz Production Union.
The statement indicates that due to scheduled repair and installation work being conducted by the Gas Export Department, gas supply will be interrupted starting tomorrow at 08:00 until the completion of the works. The suspension will affect the Sangachal, Umbakı, and Azimkand settlements, as well as the Yol evleri and Bag evleri residential areas in the Garadagh district of Baku.
Azerigaz, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), regularly conducts such maintenance operations to ensure the safety and efficiency of the country's gas distribution network. These infrastructure upgrades are essential for maintaining stable energy delivery to the capital's growing residential and industrial sectors.
