Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget to exceed 50 billion manats in 2027

Azerbaijan’s consolidated budget revenues are expected to reach 47 billion 608.8 million manats in 2027, while expenditures are projected at 50 billion 386.7 million manats.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports this, citing the Ministry of Finance.

According to the information, the projected revenues and expenditures are 5.9% and 3.2% higher, respectively, than the approved forecasts for 2026.

As a result, the consolidated budget is expected to record a deficit of 2 billion 777.9 million manats. This represents a 3.2% decrease compared with the annual figure.

The consolidated budget combines the state budget with the budgets of other public-sector entities and is used to present Azerbaijan’s overall fiscal position. Budget revenue and expenditure projections are prepared by the Ministry of Finance as part of the annual budget planning process.
