Azerbaijan U-21 to face Gibraltar in Baku

Azerbaijan’s under-21 national team will play its next European Championship qualifying match today, taking on Gibraltar in Baku.

The team, coached by Rashad Eyubov, will host the Group B match. Kickoff at Bank Respublika Arena is scheduled for 17:45.

Luxembourg’s Yasmin Sabotić will referee the match.

Azerbaijan’s U-21 team currently sits fifth in the six-team group with seven points. The European Under-21 Championship qualifying competition determines which teams advance to the final tournament.
