A state fee will be charged in Azerbaijan for registering foreign nationals and stateless persons at their place of stay.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the provision is included in a bill to amend the Migration Code.
Under the proposed amendment, cases in which applicants are exempt from paying the state fee for a temporary residence permit will be determined by the Law on State Fees.
A state fee will also be payable for reissuing a work permit.
In addition, an extra state fee will be charged when a new work permit is issued to allow a foreign national or stateless person to move to another job with the same employer.
