The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has congratulated Mexico on its National Day.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the ministry announced this in a post on its official account on the social media platform X.
“We sincerely congratulate the people and government of the United Mexican States on the occasion of their National Day! Happy National Day!” the post said.
National Day is one of Mexico’s most important public holidays and commemorates the beginning of the country’s War of Independence in 1810. Azerbaijan and Mexico maintain diplomatic relations and cooperate through bilateral contacts and international organizations.
