The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Nomenclature of Mobilization Reserves.”
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision to this effect.
Under the decision, the Ministry of Finance must submit proposals to the government on financing the procurement of goods listed in the nomenclature of mobilization reserves from the state budget for 2027. The State Reserves Agency must ensure the registration of reserves under the nomenclature of mobilization reserves and exercise oversight in this area.
Mobilization reserves are maintained to support the continuity of essential supplies and services during periods requiring the mobilization of national resources. Their planning and oversight are part of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s broader system for strengthening preparedness and defense capabilities.
