Arsenal will not release Noni Madueke in January window

Arsenal winger Noni Madueke will not leave the club during the winter transfer window.

"Operative Information Center-OMM", citing Football Insider, reports that manager Mikel Arteta does not want the player to leave despite his limited playing time and is preparing to reject potential offers.

Atletico Madrid and Juventus had previously been reported to be interested in the winger. However, Arteta wants Madueke to remain with the team.

Madueke also intends to stay at Arsenal and compete for a place in the starting lineup.

The footballer has made five appearances in all competitions this season and scored one goal.

The January transfer window is a key period for clubs to strengthen their squads or arrange temporary moves. For Madueke, staying at Arsenal would provide an opportunity to compete for more playing time under Arteta.
