Biography
Zibeyda Hajiyeva has more than 19 years of international experience in human resources. From 2005 to 2022, she worked on developing the human resources function at organizations operating in various countries.
In 2022, she began working at PASHA Bank as Chief Human Resources Officer, and on 1 May 2024, she was appointed Chief People Officer. She leads the Bank’s human resources, internal communications, governance, health, safety and environment (HSE) functions, as well as the activities of the Agile Centre of Excellence.
