Biography
Vugar Mirzazade was born in 1988.
From 2013 to 2020, he held various management positions at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) OJSC. On January 30, 2020, he was appointed Head of the Automation and Digitalization Department at Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, and on October 1, 2020, Head of the Transport Division of the Asset Management Department at Azerbaijan Investment Holding. Since September 3, 2024, he has served as an adviser to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport. He is a winner of the first Yuksalish competition held in 2021.
On May 2, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding. He speaks Russian and English.
