Biography
Shahin Babayev was born in 1988.
In 2011, he worked at Sumgayit Technologies Park, and from 2012 to 2021, he served as Head of the Finance Department at Azercosmos. In 2021, he was appointed Adviser to the Minister of Digital Development and Transport, and in 2024, by order of the President, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport.
By order of the President dated 3 March 2025, he was appointed Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding. He is a member of ACCA. He speaks Russian and English. He is married.
