Deputy Minister of Defence Industry
Biography
He was born in Baku in 1985.
From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a lawyer at a local law firm; from 2007 to 2018, he worked at Atəşgah Insurance Company as a lawyer, head of department and deputy chairman of the Management Board; and from 2018 to 2022, he served as head of legal services at Ernst & Young CIS B.V. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2018.
By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 5, 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the State Reserves Agency, and by Order dated January 11, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defence Industry.
Education
From 2001 to 2005, he earned a bachelor's degree in law at Baku State University, and from 2005 to 2007, he earned a master's degree at the same university.
