A tragic drowning incident has occurred in the Caspian Sea, resulting in the death of a young man.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the incident was recorded in the Sahil settlement, located on the outskirts of Baku.
The victim has been identified as Elcan Mirzayev, born in 2002. His body was recovered from the water by emergency services and subsequently handed over to the relevant authorities for examination.
Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
