Weather forecast for June 26: Rain and thunderstorms expected

On June 26, the weather in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be variably cloudy and mostly dry, though occasional rain is forecast for some areas during the day. According to the National Hydrometeorological Service, there is a possibility of short-term, intense precipitation accompanied by lightning in certain parts of the peninsula.

A north-westerly wind will prevail. Temperatures are expected to range between 19-23°C at night and 26-31°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 757 mm Hg, with relative humidity fluctuating between 70-80% at night and 55-60% during the day, as reported to the Operative Information Center-OMM.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rain is expected in some areas, with the potential for intense downpours, lightning, and hail. Fog is anticipated in some mountainous areas during the night and morning hours. A westerly wind may occasionally strengthen in certain locations.

Temperatures in the regions will range from 19-22°C at night to 28-33°C during the day. In mountainous areas, temperatures will be 9-14°C at night and 17-22°C during the day, reaching up to 24-26°C in some locations.

The National Hydrometeorological Service regularly monitors these weather patterns to provide timely updates to the public, ensuring safety and preparedness for residents across the country, particularly during periods of unstable weather conditions.
