The National Hydrometeorological Service told Operative Information Center-OMM that a moderate south-east wind will prevail throughout the day. In the capital, the air temperature will range from 1-3°C at night to 6-9°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is forecast to decrease from 767 mm Hg to 764 mm Hg, while relative humidity will remain high, fluctuating between 75-85%.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, weather conditions will remain mostly dry, though occasional fog is expected in various districts. A west wind will blow across the provinces. Temperatures in the lowlands are forecast at 1-6°C at night and 7-10°C during the day. In the mountainous areas, temperatures will drop to 3-8°C frost at night, reaching 1-6°C during the day. Authorities have issued a specific warning regarding the high probability of icy roads in mountainous regions during the night and morning hours, urging drivers to exercise caution.
