US President Donald Trump has stated that Israel will no longer conduct strikes against Iran's South Pars gas field, noting that Washington was not informed of the previous operation.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that US President Donald Trump shared these details via his Truth Social account. He noted that Israel attacked the gas field "in anger" and emphasized that the United States had no prior knowledge of the strike.

The US President underscored that Qatar played no role in the escalation and has been unfairly targeted by Iran. He issued a stern warning, stating that if Iran attacks Qatar again, the United States will respond with "unprecedented force." Furthermore, US President Donald Trump mentioned that Israel would refrain from striking the strategic gas field only if Iran ceases its own attacks, adding that he wishes to avoid large-scale destruction due to the severe long-term consequences it would hold for Iran.

The South Pars gas field, located in the Persian Gulf, is the world's largest natural gas field, shared between Iran and Qatar. It represents a critical component of global energy infrastructure and a vital economic asset for Tehran. Tensions in the region have escalated recently, drawing significant international concern over the stability of energy exports and the potential for a broader regional conflict involving major global powers.
