ABŞ ordusu daha bir gəmiyə zərbə endirdi, ölənlər var

The United States military conducted a strike on a vessel in the Caribbean Sea yesterday, which was suspected of being involved in drug smuggling operations. According to reports from international media, the incident resulted in the deaths of four individuals.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the strike was carried out based on intelligence gathered by the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM). The command stated that the vessel was operating along known smuggling routes in the Caribbean. While US authorities have not released the identities of the deceased, they maintain that the operation was based on confirmed intelligence regarding illicit activities.

This action is part of a broader, year-long military campaign authorized by US President Donald Trump to combat drug trafficking networks in Latin America. According to US media reports, this latest operation brings the total death toll to at least 227 individuals across 68 separate strikes against suspected smuggling vessels since 2025. The US military's intensified presence in the region underscores the administration's aggressive stance on border security and transnational crime interdiction.
