Military personnel of the State Agency for Protection of Strategic Objects of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been conferred with state awards for their distinguished service.
According to Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to honor the agency's officers for their dedication and excellence in the performance of their official duties.
Under the presidential decree, the following military personnel were awarded:
The "For Fatherland" medal:

The "For Military Services" medal:
- Major Samir Yaqub oglu Movlayev
- Captain Elsevar Mahammad oglu Abbasov
- Captain Zaur Savzikhan oglu Eldarov
- Captain Elchin Allahverdi oglu Huseynov
- Lieutenant Ilkin Mirza oglu Farzaliyev
- Lieutenant Shahin Idayat oglu Vahabzade
- Senior Sergeant Khayal Fikrat oglu Adamov
- Senior Sergeant Sabuhi Elshan oglu Hajizade
- Senior Sergeant Elman Gahraman oglu Gahramanzade
The State Agency for Protection of Strategic Objects is a specialized security body in Azerbaijan responsible for the physical protection and security of infrastructure critical to the nation's economy and security. This includes energy pipelines, government installations, and other vital facilities.
