The fifth round of the Azerbaijan Premier League has concluded.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Shafa hosted reigning champions Sabah on the final matchday. The game at SOCAR Polymer Arena ended in a 3-0 victory for the visitors.
Patrick M'Bina, Abdoulaye Khaybulaev and Veljko Simic scored for Sabah.
Sabah, who have played one game fewer, currently lead the standings with 12 points, while Shafa are 10th with three points.
In the other matches, Neftchi defeated Imishli 3-2, while Kapaz beat Gabala 1-0. Sumgayit and Shamakhi drew 1-1, Araz-Nakhchivan and Turan Tovuz drew 2-2, and Zira and Garabagh finished 1-1.
