Moscow has not received any notification from New Delhi regarding a refusal of Russian oil supplies, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the Kremlin official addressed recent speculation concerning energy cooperation between the two nations. "We have not heard any statements from Delhi regarding this matter so far," Peskov noted, emphasizing the continuity of the bilateral energy trade.

Peskov also provided details regarding the upcoming high-level meeting scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on February 4-5. He confirmed that the composition of the Russian delegation remains unchanged. "The delegation will be led by Igor Kostyukov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces," he added. These discussions follow the first trilateral talks between the United States, Russia, and Ukraine, which took place in late January.

The energy partnership between Russia and India has intensified significantly over the past two years, with India becoming one of the largest importers of Russian crude oil. This cooperation remains a focal point of global energy markets as nations navigate complex geopolitical shifts and supply chain logistics. The upcoming meetings in Abu Dhabi are expected to further address regional security and strategic coordination between the involved parties.
