Russia and Azerbaijan have resolved all issues related to the crash of an aircraft belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL).
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, this was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin in an interview with the RTVI television channel.
"As you know, we have settled all matters concerning the crash of the Azerbaijani passenger plane. However, we are talking about specific individuals who have experienced a severe tragedy and suffered an irreplaceable loss. Therefore, frankly speaking, I would rather not delve into the details of this matter," Galuzin noted.
The incident involving the AZAL aircraft has been a subject of diplomatic attention between Baku and Moscow. Aviation safety and the investigation of such incidents are standard protocols in international civil aviation, often requiring close cooperation between the relevant aviation authorities of the involved nations to ensure transparency and address the needs of the affected families.
