No official meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin are planned in Turkmenistan.
“Operative Information Center-OMM”, citing Armenian media, reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this while speaking to journalists today.
However, he did not rule out an informal conversation with the Russian leader.
“No official meetings are planned. If it becomes clear during the course of events that one is needed, then it could take place,” Pashinyan said.
He also stressed that there would be some contacts with the Russian president in Turkmenistan. “Today and tomorrow, we will be at the same event — the CIS summit in Turkmenistan. Contacts in such formats are inevitable,” the prime minister added.
