“Panatinaikos” Bissoumanı gündəminə aldı

Greek club Panathinaikos has added Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma to its transfer shortlist as it seeks to strengthen its midfield options for the upcoming season.

Operative Information Center-OMM, citing foreign media reports, notes that the Athens-based side is evaluating several alternatives for the center of the pitch, with the Malian international emerging as a primary candidate for the transfer.

The 29-year-old midfielder has been with the London club since 2022, following a 29.2 million euro move from Brighton. However, having started only two matches in the current campaign, Bissouma appears to have fallen out of favor in Tottenham's long-term tactical plans. With his contract set to expire next summer, the English club may be forced to consider selling the player at a lower valuation to avoid a free agency departure. Currently, Transfermarkt values the midfielder at 15 million euros, though reports suggest Tottenham has set a price range between 15 and 25 million euros for the summer of 2025.

Bissouma, who has earned 46 caps and scored 5 goals for the Mali national team, is also reportedly a target for Turkish powerhouse Galatasaray. Panathinaikos, one of the most decorated clubs in Greece, is looking to leverage its position in European football to attract high-profile talent like Bissouma to bolster its domestic and continental ambitions. A final decision regarding the player's future is expected in the coming months as competition in the transfer market intensifies.
