Leyla Aliyeva and Alena Aliyeva have visited orphanage No. 4 located in the city of Ganja.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that during the meeting, the guests were provided with detailed information regarding the activities of the orphanage. It was noted that orphanage No. 4 serves children aged 3 to 18 who have lost their parents or are deprived of parental care.
Currently, the institution has 64 residents. They are provided with socio-domestic, socio-psychological, medico-social, socio-pedagogical, and socio-legal services. The facility aims to ensure the comprehensive development and well-being of the children under its care in Azerbaijan.
It was highlighted that the building underwent a major renovation in 2012 at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The Foundation consistently keeps the residents of the orphanage under its attention, regularly organizing festivities and entertainment events for the children. This initiative is part of the broader social policy in Azerbaijan to support vulnerable groups and enhance the quality of social services across the country.
