The Kremlin has stated that information regarding telephone conversations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump is regularly provided to the public.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made these remarks during an interview with RIA Novosti.

Peskov noted that the Russian administration provides consistent reports on such high-level dialogues. He addressed recent statements regarding US President Donald Trump’s calls to Putin, emphasizing that all relevant information is shared with the media through official briefings. He also recalled that Yuri Ushakov, an aide to the Russian President, has previously provided journalists with details concerning these communications.

The dialogue between the two leaders remains a focal point of international diplomacy. US President Donald Trump recently confirmed his contact with Putin during an interview with Fox News. Furthermore, on April 24, the US President underscored the necessity of maintaining a dialogue with Russia, asserting that communication should not be severed even during periods of conflict. This comes amid ongoing global efforts to address regional security issues and the complex nature of bilateral relations between Washington and Moscow.
