Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has accused the United States and Israel of failing to adhere to ceasefire agreements in the region.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Ghalibaf made these remarks in a post on the social media platform X.
According to the speaker, the United States' naval blockade and Israel's ongoing military operations in Lebanon serve as clear evidence that the ceasefire agreements are being violated. Ghalibaf further accused Israel of committing war crimes in Lebanon, asserting that Washington bears significant responsibility for the current escalation.
In his statement, Ghalibaf emphasized, "Every choice has a price, and the time for reckoning is approaching. Everything will find its place."
This rhetoric from the senior Iranian official comes amid heightened regional tensions, further intensifying the ongoing political and military accusations between the involved parties.
