"We can categorically state that the opposing side has not reached its goals in this conflict and has, in fact, suffered a defeat. While some may view this as an emotional approach, it is actually based on entirely strategic and rational thinking," the General stated. He added that achieving this level of deterrence is essential to ensure that the enemy will not dare to act against the country again in the future.
