Rain is possible in some parts of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on the evening of September 2, with thunderstorms expected. Rain may become heavy toward the night.
“Operative Information Center-OMM” reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service issued the forecast.
Cloud cover is expected to vary, with skies becoming overcast at times, while conditions will be mostly dry. A moderate northwesterly wind will occasionally strengthen from daytime.
Temperatures will range from 16 to 19 degrees Celsius overnight and from 21 to 26 degrees during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 762 mm of mercury, and relative humidity will be 60% to 70%.
Intermittent rain is expected in some parts of Azerbaijan’s regions. In isolated areas, rainfall may be intense and accompanied by thunderstorms and hail. Snow is possible in high mountain areas, and precipitation may intensify in the evening. Fog is expected in some places overnight and in the morning. A moderate westerly wind will occasionally strengthen in some areas during the day.
Temperatures will range from 14 to 18 degrees Celsius overnight and from 23 to 27 degrees during the day. In the mountains, temperatures will be 5 to 10 degrees overnight and 10 to 15 degrees during the day.
