Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan has held a meeting with a delegation of Azerbaijani experts visiting Yerevan.

Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Armenian media, reports that the meeting took place within the framework of the "Peace Bridge" initiative.

Grigoryan emphasized that such meetings are of significant importance in terms of building mutual trust between the parties and establishing good-neighborly relations.

He provided the delegation from Baku with detailed information regarding the dynamics of the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the prospects for opening regional communications.

The Azerbaijani delegation entered Armenia on February 13 through the delimited and demarcated section of the land border. This visit comes amid ongoing diplomatic efforts to finalize a peace treaty and ensure long-term stability in the South Caucasus region. The process of border delimitation and the unblocking of transport links remain key pillars of the post-conflict settlement between the two nations, following the restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
