The first qualifying session for Formula 2 at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix has begun.
According to the “Operative Information Center-OMM”, the session started at 2 p.m.
Another qualifying session for the Formula 2 drivers will also take place today.
Earlier, Kush Maini of the ART Grand Prix team posted the fastest time in the Formula 2 free practice session.
The Azerbaijan Grand Prix will conclude on September 26.
Formula 2 is a key feeder series for Formula 1, providing young drivers with an opportunity to compete on international circuits and develop their racing careers. The Baku City Circuit is known for its demanding layout, which combines tight corners with long high-speed sections.
