The U-17 World Championship in wrestling, currently being hosted in Baku, continues with high-stakes competition. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, five additional Azerbaijani female wrestlers are scheduled to step onto the mat on the fourth day of the event.
In the 53 kg weight category, Fatime Bayramova is set to face Israel's Sela Rozov in the qualification round. Meanwhile, Fidan Babayeva (61 kg) and Simure Abdullayeva (69 kg) will begin their campaigns in the 1/8 finals, while Gulkhanim Shirinova (40 kg) and Nuray Jafarli (46 kg) are slated to enter the competition directly in the 1/4 finals.
