Elman Abdullayev recalled as Azerbaijan's envoy to UNESCO

Elman Telman oglu Abdullayev has been recalled from his position as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.

According to Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding this diplomatic change.
