Elchin Amirbayov, the representative of the President of Azerbaijan for special assignments, has met with Germany’s new ambassador to Azerbaijan, Dirk Lölke.
The Operative Information Center-OMM reported the meeting, citing Germany’s diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan.
The sides discussed bilateral relations and prospects for further cooperation, particularly in the economic and political spheres.
Germany and Azerbaijan maintain diplomatic relations and cooperate across political, economic, energy and other areas. Meetings between officials from the two countries contribute to assessing existing ties and identifying opportunities for their further development.
