Nazir müavini: Böhranın həlli üçün vacib şərt açıqlandı

Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev has emphasized that all crisis resolution strategies must prioritize human dignity and welfare, regardless of whether the crisis is man-made or natural.

Speaking at the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) during an event titled "Housing at the center of post-crisis recovery and reconstruction," Rafiyev noted that while every crisis context is unique, the ultimate impact is always felt by individuals. "All solutions to these crises must be human-centered and take into account the creation of the necessary environment for people to live with dignity," Operative Information Center-OMM reports.

The World Urban Forum, established by the United Nations, is the premier global conference on sustainable urbanization. Azerbaijan has recently increased its participation in such international platforms, particularly as the country prepares to host COP29 in Baku. These discussions align with Azerbaijan's ongoing large-scale reconstruction efforts in its liberated territories, where the government is implementing "Smart City" and "Smart Village" concepts to ensure sustainable housing and infrastructure for returning residents.
