The official visit of the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Andrey Babiš, to the Republic of Azerbaijan concluded on April 28.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that a guard of honor was lined up in honor of the high-ranking guest at the Gabala International Airport. The Czech Prime Minister was seen off by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and other official representatives.

Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic maintain a strong strategic partnership, with a particular focus on energy security, trade, and mutual investment. As a key partner within the European Union, the Czech Republic plays a significant role in Azerbaijan's economic relations with Central Europe. High-level visits of this nature are instrumental in strengthening bilateral ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation in the fields of transport, technology, and humanitarian exchange between Baku and Prague.
