Forward Nick Woltemade, who joined Juventus on loan from Newcastle, could once again become a transfer target for Bayern Munich.
“Operative Information Center-OMM”, citing foreign media, reports that the Munich club currently does not plan to open negotiations for the 24-year-old footballer. However, the situation could change if Woltemade performs well during his loan spell in Italy.
Bayern prioritizes German footballers
The club’s management reportedly wants to see more Germany national team players in the squad. Woltemade is therefore considered one of the candidates who could fit Bayern’s plans.
Previous transfer details
Bayern was regarded as Woltemade’s leading suitor for a long period in the summer of 2025. However, Newcastle entered the race and offered Stuttgart a higher fee, signing the footballer for 75 million euros.
After failing to meet expectations at the English club, Woltemade is now seeking to continue his career in Serie A.
