The Milli Majlis (National Assembly) has approved the “Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amending the Agreement on cooperation in the field of government communications.”
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the document was submitted for consideration at today’s first meeting of the parliament’s autumn session.
Under the draft law, the protocol signed in Kyiv on Dec. 16, 2025, and in Baku on April 23, 2026, was approved.
Government communications agreements establish a framework for secure official communication and information exchange between state institutions. Such protocols are designed to support reliable contacts between public authorities and strengthen bilateral institutional cooperation.
