İncəsənət məktəbləri üçün 3 yeni tədris proqramı təsdiqləndi

The Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan has approved three updated curricula for art schools, focusing on choral conducting, saxophone performance, and elementary music theory.

This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Scientific-Methodological and Professional Development Center for Culture (MEMIM) under the Ministry of Culture.

The primary objective behind updating these programs is to elevate the quality of education and enrich its content by integrating modern scientific-pedagogical principles, advanced performance practices, and national music education traditions. These updates are designed to ensure the comprehensive development of students' knowledge and skills.

The newly revised curricula are expected to significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency of the teaching process in art schools and centers, thereby raising the overall preparation level of students in these specialized fields.

It is worth noting that MEMIM has previously developed and implemented updated curricula for various disciplines, including piano, violin, tar, kamancha, qanun, garmon, choir, vocal performance, and balaban. These ongoing reforms are part of a broader initiative by the Ministry of Culture to modernize the national arts education system, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with international standards while preserving Azerbaijan's rich cultural heritage.
