In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the phased return of the population to the liberated territories under the "Great Return" program continues.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, in the next stage of the process, 20 families consisting of 77 people were relocated to Horovlu village in the Jabrayil district. The returning residents were provided with modern housing and infrastructure as part of the state's comprehensive reconstruction efforts in the region.

The residents returning to their native lands expressed their deep gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the high-standard living conditions and the comprehensive state care provided to them. They also expressed their appreciation to the Azerbaijan Army and the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the lands from occupation, while honoring the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland.

The families relocated to Horovlu village were formerly internally displaced persons (IDPs) who had been temporarily settled in various regions of Azerbaijan for many years, primarily living in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. The "Great Return" program is a strategic state priority aimed at the sustainable settlement and economic reintegration of the liberated territories, ensuring that all necessary social services, including schools and medical facilities, are available for the returning population.
